Alex was amazing and professional from the moment I walked into the store. From greeting me upon walking in to being my stylist and cutting my hair exactly how I wanted. She made sure I was happy with my overall visit. Definitely making sure to come back just for her.

I came into Sports Clips today and was greeted by two friendly faces. I came in at a pretty slow paced time, so I was the only one there. Right when I walked through the door, Alex and Dawn both greeted me - Dawn even complimented my Jacket! Alex was the stylist who did my hair, and Dawn, having completed - what I assumed to be all of her tasks - was cracking jokes and and making my experience pleasant and lively. Alex sat me down in the chair and asked me if I wanted to do what I did last time. I asked if we could try something different (like something less then a "one" on the sides) and she informed me that it would be almost a balding cut, so of course I'm glad she was able to tell me what I was in for, so that I could say "Yeah; never mind..." before I made a mistake. She began asking me about my day as well as my interests, sports I do, and what I liked to do - it felt like a genuine conversation! The genuine feeling conversation and friendly atmosphere really sped the time by. Before I knew it, we were already towards the end of the cut. Alex was finishing up my hair when she asked me how I wanted it finished. I said, "How about we just part it and spike it in the front." Being the great stylist that she is, did! She even informed and convinced me to do a blend (since the area in which I wanted to have the part wasn't the most even of places). All in all, not only did I enjoy my visit at Sports Clips, but the friendly staff, atmosphere and just overall environment will have me going back there again and again. Thanks Alex and Dawn! Keep up the good work! P.S. Go Kings!!!!
